Far out, from this photo, you can see how busy it is at the Dam.  When we went to the Spit, we didn’t expect it to be lined with boats and Jet Ski’s from one end to the other….  or expect to see how popular the Dam is at this time of the year. It makes me want to buy a Jet Ski for our own use, when we are using the house… for fun.

We saw many people riding tubes at the back of ski boats and lots of people with Jet Ski’s just driving them around and having fun. People had smiles on their faces, children were laughing and giggling, having fun with their parents and other kids that were with them as well. It was great to see kids outside having healthy good fun and not sat in front of the Television playing Playstation and game systems such as that.

Because our house is just listed, it is available for most of the school holidays, so now is a good chance to get a last minute bargain. We want to get people into it, so have cut rates because it is a new listing and not many people know about the house or it’s availability yet. Get in quick before you miss out…..
